We train inside the Progressive Martial Arts Academy

Coming down Interstate-24 exit at exit 78 towards Franklin. The second red
light should be Saint Andrew's Avenue. After this light get in the turn lane and
prepare to turn left into the parking lots. We are in the second strip mall on your
left. If you cross Gresham Lane or see Franklin Road Baptist Church.. you
have gone too far. Turn around turn into the first parking lot you see on your
right serving a small retail building/strip mall.
